Down Payment and Reservation
To confirm your reservation and secure the yacht for your chosen dates, a down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required. This payment will finalize your booking and block the yacht's availability. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one month before the embarkation date.

Please note: For last-minute and early booking reservations, the down payment percentage and balance payment deadlines may differ. Specific terms will be provided during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking.
To ensure clarity, our cancellation terms are as follows:

  1. Cancellations 90 days or more before the arrival date:
    • A full refund of the down payment will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Any bank fees or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the client.
  1. Cancellations between 89 and 30 days before the arrival date:
    • 40% of the total rental price will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
  1. Cancellations 29 days or less before the arrival date:
    • No refund will be provided, as the full rental price is non-refundable.

Important Additional Information:

  • Rescheduling Requests: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer the option to reschedule your charter dates, subject to availability and at the company's discretion. Any price differences resulting from changes in season or availability will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • Third-Party Costs: Please note that external costs, such as catering, special requests, or additional services, may be subject to their own cancellation policies. Refunds for these services will depend on the respective provider's terms and conditions.

  • Cancellation Insurance: We bly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential losses in case of cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies or travel disruptions.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed in the original currency and payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to be credited back, depending on your financial institution.

Flight Cancellations or Delays
We understand that flight cancellations or delays can impact your arrival for the yacht charter. However, the yacht charter will commence as scheduled, and we are unable to delay departure or provide refunds for missed charters due to flight disruptions. To minimize inconvenience: please schedule flights with adequate time for unforeseen delays or consider arriving at the departure location a day before the charter begins. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses caused by flight disruptions, including missed charters or additional travel expenses. If you anticipate a delay in your arrival, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist with alternative arrangements, though additional costs may apply.

Itinerary Changes
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure this, we may need to adjust the itinerary before or during your charter. Changes can happen due to weather, port restrictions, emergencies, or other unexpected events. If adjustments are necessary, we’ll do our best to offer alternative plans. However, please understand that we cannot cover any additional costs or losses resulting from these changes.

Water Activities and Equipment Use
Guests are welcome to enjoy a variety of water activities during the yacht charter, such as swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and using the yacht’s water sports equipment. However, all activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

  • Safety
For your safety, guests must adhere to the instructions provided by the captain and crew when using any water equipment. Life jackets and safety gear must be worn at all times when engaging in water activities.

  • Equipment Care
Guests are responsible for using the yacht’s water sports equipment properly. Any damage or loss of equipment caused by improper use will be charged to the guest.

  • Supervision
Children and inexperienced swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times while engaging in water activities.

  • Weather and Conditions
Water activities may be restricted or cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or the captain’s discretion.

By participating in any water activities, guests acknowledge and accept the risks involved. We bly recommend that all guests have appropriate travel or health insurance to cover any potential accidents or injuries.

    • Cancellation
Customers who choose not to reschedule will be entitled to a full refund of the down payment or any payments made.

Guest Behavior Onboard
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, guests are required to adhere to the following behavior guidelines during the yacht charter:

  1. Prohibited Substances
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly forbidden onboard. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund and notification to local authorities.

  1. Alcohol Consumption
Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. However, excessive drinking or behavior caused by alcohol abuse that jeopardizes safety, disrupts others, or damages the vessel will not be tolerated.

  1. Respect and Safety
Guests are expected to treat the crew, other guests, and the yacht itself with respect. Any behavior that endangers the safety of individuals or the vessel may result in the charter being terminated without refund.

  1. Compliance with Crew Instructions
For safety reasons, guests must comply with all instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all guests and crew onboard. By booking the charter, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including disembarkation without refund.

Damage to the Yacht
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, its equipment, or furnishings during the charter. This includes damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.
In the event of such damage:

  1. Assessment of Damage
The captain or crew will document and assess the damage.

  1. Cost of Repairs
Guests will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacement, including any associated expenses (e.g., delivery of parts or labor costs).

  1. Security Deposit
If a security deposit was collected, the cost of damages will be deducted from it.
Any amount exceeding the deposit will be billed to the guest.

Guests are encouraged to handle all equipment and facilities with care and to report any issues or incidents to the crew immediately. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any damages caused by your actions or the actions of your party.

Valuables and Personal Items
To ensure the safety of your valuables and personal belongings - such as jewelry, cash, important documents, medications, and electronic devices - please store them securely in your cabin. While we strive to provide a safe environment, our yachts are unable to offer secure storage for valuables. Therefore, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft. We kindly advise our guests to: pack only essential items and avoid leaving belongings in unattended areas or visible to others. For added peace of mind, we bly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen losses.

Belongings Left Behind
Guests are responsible for collecting all personal belongings before disembarking at the end of the charter. The yacht charter company cannot be held liable for any items left onboard.
If an item is found after the charter:

  • Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to contact the guest.

  • Return of Items: Guests are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping or delivery.

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend thoroughly checking your cabin and all common areas before departure.
