Down Payment and Reservation

For the reservation to be finalized and the relevant date of the yacht to be blocked out. 35% of the total rental price must be paid. This percentage is counted as a down payment. The remaining balance must be completed one month before the embarkation date.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 90 days or more before the arrival date. The down payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations are made between 89 and 30 days before the arrival date. 40% of the total rental price will be deducted from the outstanding balance. The difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

For cancellations made 29 days before the arrival date, the total rental price is non-refundable.

Yacht Replacement

If the booked yacht is declared unseaworthiness, Opus Yachting shall have the right to provide its customers with a yacht that is at least of the equivalent standard or higher. According to the situation, the replacement of the yacht needs to be accomplished within 36 hours.

Coronavirus and Force Majeure

In case of travel restrictions (cancellation of flights, closure of the borders, and related force majeure issues) due to the pandemic, customers can shift their current reservations to another date in the season or the following season. Those who do not want a reservation change will have a total refund.

Opus yachting is not responsible for the unvaccinated passengers who are not accepted at the airport due to the coronavirus vaccination protocol of the related country. Below you can follow the current Covid -19 policies of the governments for travelers.

Both parties may fail to fulfill their obligations as a result of internal or international conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, quarantine, curfews, and wars that will interrupt the touristic activities according to the relevant country.

In case of force majeure, Opus Yachting and the charterer may agree on the cancellation of the agreement without compensation herewith the down payment will be refunded to the charterer.

Complaint

In case of any issues occurs during the cruise, please directly inform the captain who is in charge of the yacht’s management. If your captain is not able to find a solution for the current situation, you can contact the representative of Opus Yachting from the relevant contact numbers or send an email to support@opusyachting.com. The representative will contact you promptly to offer a satisfactory solution. As a result, you can continue enjoying your holiday without further interruptions.
