Down Payment and Reservation
For the reservation to be finalized and to block out the yacht’s relevant dates, 35% of the total rental amount must be paid. This percentage is considered a down payment. One month prior to the date of embarkation, the remaining balance must be paid in full.

When cancellations are made 90 days or more before the arrival date, the down payment will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Cancellations made between 89 and 30 days prior to the arrival date. 40% of the total rental price will be deducted from the outstanding balance. The refund will be made to the original payment method once the difference has been calculated.
A cancellation made 29 days prior to the arrival date will not result in a refund of the rental price.
In the event that the booked yacht is declared unseaworthy, Opus Yachting will provide its customers with a yacht that is at least of the same standard or higher. The replacement of the yacht must be completed within 36 hours, based on the current situation.
When travel restrictions (cancellation of flights, closing of borders, and other force majeure issues) occur as a result of the pandemic, customers can move their reservations to another date during the season or the following season. Those who do not wish to change their reservation will receive a full refund.
Both parties may fail to meet their obligations due to internal or international conflicts, natural disasters, epidemics, quarantines, curfews, and wars, which may disrupt tourist activities.
When force majeure occurs, Opus Yachting and the charterer may agree to cancel the contract without compensation, and the charterer will receive a refund of the down payment.
Any issues that arise during the cruise should be discussed with the captain who is responsible for managing the yacht. If your captain is unable to resolve the problem, you may contact a representative of Opus Yachting by calling the appropriate number or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your inquiry, our representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with a satisfactory solution, allowing you to continue enjoying your holiday without interruption.
